At FrancoCrea, we care for our people and communities’ and with that in mind we recognise the role we play in these unprecedented times. We have therefore taken some measures, outlined below, to ensure the health and well-being of our people, our clients and our design community.
At FrancoCrea, as always, we will continue to provide you with the special service that you know and love.
We will continue to offer you our unique showroom experience. Both our luxury Melbourne and Adelaide showrooms continue to remain open for regular business hours.
If you prefer to minimise personal contact, we encourage you book a private appointment, please contact us via phone or at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to accomodate.
If you are unable to visit us in-store, we are also offering complimentary consultations, via phone or video with one of our furniture experts. To book please email us or use the booking feature on our Instagram and Facebook pages.
If required, we are also able to arrange a drop-off or post-out service for our products or material samples for your consideration. We will continue to do our best to preserve a degree of normality during these times.
As a proud local manufacturer, we continue to operate as normal and our lead times to produce your made-to-order products still remain at 6-8 weeks. We are currently stocked with all our very special materials that we use for our products, so there is no disruption to supply.
We are continually monitoring the recommendations of the local and global health authorities including the World Health Organisation and Australian Government to guide our actions moving forward. Please rest assured all precautionary measures have been taken to limit the potential spread of COVID-19.
