A contemporary extension to a Victorian cottage in Unley was a beautiful setting for our Mila Table and chairs.

Solid American oak wood is a stunning feature of this family home, and as such, the continuation of this beautiful material within the Mila table and chairs made perfect sense. The sophistication of the Mila range elevates and adds a unique presence and assertiveness to the space.

The solid American Oak wood is accentuated with solid satin brass metal shadow line detail and warm chestnut coloured leather to give added texture and elegance.

The Mila table is the statement designer dining table for the family home and a place to gather family and friends. Our lovely clients needed to sit up to 10 people and were keen to include the key characteristics of being hard-wearing, practical, and easy to maintain.

The solid wood chosen worked perfectly for these needs whilst also retaining warmth and balance in the minimal, refined interior of the home.

An important element of our client brief was to ensure the designer dining table and chairs created a dynamic feature in this open space; designer furniture that provided a strong focal point in the room, yet also sensitive to its surroundings and not overpowering it. The choice of solid oak wood in the designer dining table and chairs style deliberately contrasting the concrete floors to allow the subtly exposed aggregate to still shine through the dining room.
